All Local Authorities have been asked to update and refresh their outcome plans to meet the new supporting families 10 headline themes.
Framework changes and eligibility
The new Supporting Families Outcomes Framework sets out ten headline outcomes. Below these outcomes sit descriptors of the family needs that make up the eligibility criteria for the Supporting Families programme, as well as suggested data sources for identifying families with these needs.
