We hope your year has started well and we would like to inform you of the upcoming Practitioner Forum that is taking place on Wednesday 19th January from 10am until 12pm.
We are delighted to be joined by Chris Sharp who is the Locality officer in MASH who will provide us with an insight into the role of MASH, thresholds and how MASH works.
Our second guest is Gabi Gheorghe who is a Women’s Community Health Navigator and is going to talk about a new project called the ‘Promoting Choice (Best Start) Project’, which is a collaboration project between CoLab Exeter and SPLITZ.
This new project will be supporting women who are thinking about becoming pregnant, women who are pregnant and mothers who have a child under the age of 2½ yrs. The project will be supporting women to navigate services they might need to access, to be able to make healthy choices for themselves and their children and will be able to offer signposting, one to one support and peer support groups.
We hope that you will find this forum beneficial to your role and the work you do and look forward to welcoming you on the 19th January.
