A report by the Devon Children and Families Partnership into the historical sexual abuse of a young girl identified missed opportunities by agencies that may have prevented the extent of her abuse.
All of the services supporting children and young people with SEND were inspected in December 2018.As a result, the Local Authority and NHS Devon were asked to make improvements. A Draft Written Statement of Action has been prepared to show how we will make these improvements.
